Uganda is one of the main areas of vanilla production in the world, with perfect agri-climatic conditions. The green beans are harvested in June/July and December/January. In Uganda, a fast-curing and hydro-distillation process has been developed resulting in a higher content of vanillin, giving the final product a rich, intense, vanilla aroma. Vanilla Botanical Extract will bring a gourmand, inviting scent to any blend. It is a favorite for body products as it blends well with so many oils. You can also use Vanilla to help relieve agitation and promote a relaxed environment.

Mmm. . . Vanilla

Vanilla is the best! Just like vanilla extract, but without the alcohol. I even add drops of it to my baking instead of extract.

This is one of my favorite vanilla scents. I have rebought many times before. It mixes well with other essential oils. No complaints to speak of.

Nice smell, but too light

I really love the smell of vanilla and this smells amazing in the bottle, but when I diffuse it, I can barely smell it at all. I think the vanilla oleoresin is much, much better and more robust so I miss that one. That said, although it’s faint, vanilla botanical extract does smell nice.

Pleasant smell

Knowing that vanilla in and of itself is not an essential oil, I never know what to expect with a vanilla purchase. However, I do use it in my shower spray as well as lip balms, lotions, and soaps. I like how a vanilla scent softens some of the harsher scented oils. This was a nice fragrance and being from Plant Therapy I know I can trust the quality. Thank you for keeping the oils and process clean.
