Works incredibly well, and has a beautiful aroma

I am a 68 year old grandma. I tried Sweet Dreams roll on for the first time last night. I don't necessarily have bad dreams, but I do have trouble sleeping through the night, so I am trying all the sleep oils.

All the ones I have tried help me fall asleep, but this is the first one that has helped me stay asleep all night.

I woke up feeling fantastic and well rested. I remembered bits and pieces of happy dreams.

Last night before bed, I applied the roller liberally to the insides of my wrists and arms and then rubbed them together. It smelled soooo good. I held my wrists up to my nose and took several deep breaths of the beautiful aroma. Wow. :u1F970: I then sat up in bed and read a few pages of a relaxing book, mostly to give the oils time to soak in. I wanted them to absorb into my skin and not into my nightie or the sheets! :slightly_smiling: In just a few minutes, I was ready to turn out the lights.

As you might imagine, I DO recommend Sweet Dreams, and will continue to buy it. I am so, so thankful for Plant Therapy and the care they take to bring us excellent, high-quality products at affordable prices. Thank you with all my heart! :heart:️

More Refreshed from Sleep/Smells Amazing

I've tried different Plant Therapy blends for sleep (non-lavender blends since I'm sensitive to lavender), and this one is my favorite. It smells amazing and helps me relax. It doesn't eliminate nightmares, but I definitely notice an improvement in how refreshed I feel when I use it.

Beautiful smelling sleep blend!

This is a very nice sleep blend! It's my favorite. I like lavender blends also, but for some reason I prefer this blend - the citrus, plus blue tansy, and the other EOs - all together they are really nice! A nice balanced blend! I'm no where near childhood anymore, but I use this regularly!
