It works!

I love this blend. It relaxes me and calms my inordinately busy brain so I CAN sleep! I've used it every night since my first bottle arrived, and I won't be without it. I get that some find Valerian unpalatable, and I can't disagree having taken it in the past in capsule form. It stinks! And it's even worse for sensitive tummy types (like me) who are easy prey for nasty things that "repeat. " Nevertheless, as long as I'm consistent with shaking the blend before use, I don't notice the Valerian at all - EXCEPT for the blissful quality of my sleep! I'm thrilled to have this instead of those capsules, and equally thrilled to ditch the melatonin since it never mattered how small the dose, I was doomed to spend a full day trying to recover. Sleep Aid for the win!!!

Great Sleep blend

I have trouble sleeping at night. I bought this blend to see if it would help. It does especially if I wake up in the middle of the night. I just put a few drops on my lotus flower diffuser and fall right back asleep. I love the scent!

Works, Valerian Stinks

So the blend itself is very effective. I did fall more quickly into a deep, untroubled sleep. That being said, the valerian root that is used as one of the base notes reeks like a wet dog. They have another sleep blend that is made with hops instead, that does not stink and works just as well that I'd recommend instead.
