I prefer the rose absolute to the rose otto for aroma and PT's does not disappoint. Wonderful aroma and I use it in all my therapeutic blends that call for rose. Price has gone up so it may be a while until my next purchase.

I love the product itself, it’s exactly what I needed, but the shipping experience was really frustrating. It took two months to arrive, and if I hadn’t reached out to customer service, nothing would have been done. They only responded after I contacted them, and all they did was resend it, which then arrived in just three days. It’s disappointing that they didn’t take any proactive steps or offer a refund or some form of compensation.
