Distilled from the flowers of the Anthemis nobilis plant, Roman Chamomile Hydrosol is excellent for soothing uncomfortable, irritated skin. It's gentle enough for the whole family and is an excellent choice for baby care. The calming, moisturizing properties of this hydrosol can help with irritation in the diaper area, or lightly mist your baby's bedding to promote a sense of calmness with its soft and subtle grounding aroma. It can also support mothers during and after pregnancy by helping calm soreness and discomfort in the breast area.

Roman Chamomile Hydrosol is also a great choice for refreshing, toning, and cleansing the face. Its slightly astringent qualities are particularly helpful for oily skin prone to breakouts.

Hydrosols are the aromatic remains following a plant’s steam distillation process. They consist entirely of cellular botanical water, which includes unique water-loving (hydrophilic) compounds that provide each hydrosol with distinct characteristics and benefits. While sharing many commonalities with their essential oil counterpart, their molecular makeup is unique enough that hydrosols often have very different aromatic profiles compared to the oil.

Made from 100% naturally-derived ingredients, this product includes 98% organic Roman Chamomile hydrosol. To ensure the safety of this product and prevent microbial growth, 2% preservative is added (Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate & Water).

Smells sweeter and lighter than the tea, but still earthy and floral as described. Also sort of smells like a pool party: a note that's difficult to place. Reminds me of summers in the sun.

Love this!

I love this hydrosol! The subtle scent of chamomile is so calming. I use it on my face before I apply lotion, as a pillow mist, on skin if it gets burned either from the sun or cooking and in a lotion recipe. It is very versatile.

Great for so many uses!

This Works great as a toner, my children love to spray it on their face as soon as they get out of the shower. We spray it on sunburns, scrapes, itchy skin and more. The smell isn't amazing, but it definitely grows on you. The more you use it, the more you'll like it.
