i use cocoa butter in the lotion bars that i make. For the scented bars i use unscented cocoa butter, but for the natural cocoa butter bars i like one with a heavy scent. This cocoa butter has a rich chocolaty smell. It really smells amazing.The cocoa butter comes double sealed. The block is sealed in plastic, that is then in a foil envelope type package that has a ziplock closure to reseal it. The cocoa butter comes in a very solid block. It's a little hard to break off chunks, but it can be shaved off with a knife. This cocoa butter melts easily, and leaves skin feeling smooth and soft. i think the price is a little higher than i typically pay for cocoa butter, but it's still a very good product.

This product was amazing. I melted it. Coated my hair from the tips to the scalp. Let it set for about 10-20 minutes while I was in the bath. I then followed up with my normal moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels and looks amazing. My hair is rather long and thick. It is also dyed. My hair feels so healthy. Shiny. Stronger. Just after one use. It also smells great. I ended up rubbing it on my face and lips too and my elbows. In love with this product so much, I ordered my best friend one. Also, didn't take much for just one treatment for long thick hair.

This is unrefined cocoa butter that can be used to make skincare products or for food ingredients. This only contains cocoa butter and the product states it’s USDA organic and certified for the “Natural food certifiers.” It has the nice smell of coconut oil but its a lot stronger since it is in its original form. This would be difficult to cut without a sharp and/or heated knife but does well in a double boiler.Note: This is not your traditional coconut butter, this is cocoa butter.

The Naturise Cocoa Butter Bar came in a sealed package with an expiration date of next year. The packaging includes stamps of approval as USDA Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free, Non GMO and that the bar is certified Organic by the Natural Food Certifiers. There aren’t any added ingredients as the only one listed is Organic Unrefined Cocoa Butter. Instructions for how to use the butter are on the back and clear. I used a butter knife and shaved some of the butter off. The butter came off easily and looked like shaved wax. After placing the butter in my palm for a few minutes, the butter softened, and I was able to spread it on my skin with some rubbing. This is my first experience with cocoa butter in its natural state and I will say, it won’t be my last. The bar is a value based on some research.

This is some really nice raw cocoa butter. It comes in a block. This is great for using it on your skin, your hair, or you can even cook with it. It smells really good. It is organic. To make it easier to spread, you can cut a piece of it off and then put it in the microwave. I would definitely recommend this.

I used this for my daughters skin . I mixed it with water and microwaved it for a few to make it soft and it works amazing
