Distilled from the flowering tops of the Helichrysum italicum plant, Helichrysum Hydrosol has a deep honeyed, herbal, earthy aroma. It is helpful for soothing skin irritations from outdoor pests, plants, and other threats or irritants. It also works well as a toner to help purify and balance the skin and supports the natural healing of scars, bruises, and swelling. Use this hydrosol as a cold compress to help soothe sore muscles after a good workout or strenuous day.

Hydrosols are the aromatic remains following a plant’s steam distillation process. They consist entirely of cellular botanical water, which includes unique water-loving (hydrophilic) compounds that provide each hydrosol with distinct characteristics and benefits. While sharing many commonalities with their essential oil counterpart, their molecular makeup is unique enough that hydrosols often have very different aromatic profiles compared to the oil.

Made from 100% naturally-derived ingredients, this product includes 98.89% organic Helichrysum hydrosol. To ensure the safety of this product and prevent microbial growth, 1.11% preservative is added, which is palm-free and plant-based (Water, p-Anisic Acid, Polylysine, Glycerin & Lactic Acid).

You may see some flower in your hydrosol. Rest assured this is a completely natural byproduct of this hydrosol and nothing to be concerned about.

Heals quickly

I had a cut on my finger which would not heal. I sprayed this Hydrosol on the pad part of a bandaid and put it over the wound. Healed very quickly, within a day. Definitely going to but Tamanu carrier oil and Helichrysum to make a rollerball to apply to the scars on my knees.

Great hydrosol

EXCELLENT THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS

I absolutely love this but it doesn't smell the best! It works on so many things from bug bites, calms itching, soothes irritated skin, among many other therapeutic benefits! This is a must have in my home 1st aid kit. This is also one item that goes with us on vacation. The smell is definitely not as strong as the oil, but once you experience benefits you nor the kids will even care. They hold their nose when I 1st spray, lol. . but the smell quickly goes away but the benefits continue. So they endure it to have those bug bites not itchy! :-)
